20: Raw shelled eggs on top of the Low Boy Cooler have been held at room temp for 1.5 hours; PIC stated that they are held throughout then early afternoon service period for baking purposes Corrective Action: PIC placed the eggs back into the Prep Cooler to cool down and will use a Time as a Public Health Control policy for the raw eggs moving forward

23: Raw tuna poke is on the menu for tonight, the menu does not have a consumer advisory Corrective Action: PIC reprinted the menus during the inspection with the consumer advisory

37: Personal drink is stored on prep surface next to mixer and deli slicer

51: Covered trash receptacles are needed in the unisex restrooms nearest the kitchen
