8: Observed a standing freezer completely blocking hand washing sink. Owner stated they wash their hands in the gas station (see comments under #6). Discussed proper hand sink accessiblity with owner - owner voluntarily closed the mobile unit until they can remove the freezer. Discussed that there should be enough space that anyone on the unit can easily wash their hands. Observó un congelador de pie que bloquea completamente el fregadero de lavado de manos. Owner voluntarily closed due to the handsink being blocked and agreed to move it before opening.

Will follow up at tomorrows event - owner stated they will remove the tall freezer from the mobile unit and have a small freeser in the truck which will also be plugged into the generator.
