21: Cooked shrimp and soup was not date marked. These items were cooked Wednesday

34: No thermometer in reach in freezer , refrierator and top freezer and deep freezer.

35: Unlabeled food in prep coolers and freezer. (Small crab,shrimp,mushrooms ,egg rolls)

36: Live Roaches are present throughout kitchen. Also, there were a few dead roaches along the deep freezer edges that were stuck in the ice build up.

37: Uncovered flour and planko containers on table. Uncovered containers of corn, bamboo and mushrooms in prep cooler.

37: Uncovered bucket of noodles is stored on the floor. Please store food at least 6 inches off floor and keep food covered. Box of coconut milk stored on the floor in hallway between storage area and walk in cooler.

39: Wiping cloths are placed on cutting boards at cold hold table and counter. Cloths should be placed in a sanitizer bucket and taken out to clean tables. Counter in kitchen should not just be wiped down with dry cloths or lysol wipes.

41: Metal cylinder container place in rice and sweet rice containers. Please use a scoop with a handle and make sure handle is pointed upwardand not placed in food.

42: Glass dishes are not stored inverted. Please place dishes upside down in kitchen and in dinning area.

45: Cutting boards have too many grooves. please replave.

45: Ice build up in reach in freezer. Ice build up at walk in freezer. I can not read outside thermometer because its covered with ice.

47: Grease build up on side of fryers.

51: Men’s restroom has a whole in the wall. It looks like some one tried to fill whole with papertowels or tissue paper. Please repair.

53: Floor is sticky. Please mop floor. Towels placed on floor near 3 compartment sink,commercial dishwasher and under stove. Please remove towelsfrom floor.

54: Both lights under ventilation hoid over fryers did not turn on when owner flipped switch. Two ceiling Lights in kitchen do not have a shield

Owners informed me that June 30 will be their last day in business. They are permanently closing and there will be new owners
