*15: Several chemical spray bottles not labeled on housekeepers carts throughout hotel. Some chemical spray bottles were stored next to and near clean linens on housekeepers cart.
*19: Gasoline and pressure washer with gasoline inside stored in electrical board room. Items were removed immdiately and stored correctly.
29: Overhead light not secured to ceiling above sectional couch in room 113.
113 clean, 423 dirty, 329 dirty, 224 dirty. Only 1 clean ready vacant guest room available to inspect. Open air cooler - 55°F. Discontinue keeping any tcs food in thie open air cooler until cooler has been repaired and holding tcs food at 41°F and below. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
