6: Employee was observed prepping pizza toppings with no gloves, proceeded to handle dirty dishes, used the register to ring up customer and then returned to food prep. Discussed proper handwashing.

21: No labels on anchovies and cooked chicken nuggets in salad prep cooler. COS: PIC discarded chicken nuggets and anchovies. Pepperoni and chicken strips located in makeline cooler were dated 1/6/2025. Embargoed chicken: 5 lbs; Pepperoni: 3 lbs.
