6: Observed employee drink from personal drink with screw cap and handle test strip container observed dirty then proceeded to put on gloves to cook food. Corrective Action: train must wash hands before food prep after contaminating hands.

11: Observed container of driscolls strawberries contain moldlike growth. Corrective Action: train to inspect for any spoiled foods, embargoed 1lb.

20: Observed large container of raw eggs at room temp reading 57F. Ice bath used is observed almost completely melted and not in a large enough container. Employee states they normally change out the ice every so often. Corrective Action: embargo 10lbs, if cannot keep cold at 41F or below a Time as Public Health Control policy must be in place.

47: Several surfaces observed sticky and dirty with food residue such as shelving, sanitizer test strip container, coolers.

47: Excess condensation puddling on bottom shelf of both coolers.

53: Multiple ceiling tiles in poor repair hanging above kitchen.

53: Interior ceiling fan of m3 cooler observed dirty with black buildup.
