*20: Pic stated that the doors have not been fixed / corrected, but the maintenance man has been called. Discussed with pic that when next follow up is performed and violation has not been corrected, hotel permit will be suspended until violation is corrected.
Critical item violation 20 noted on previous routine inspection report has not been corrected. A failure to correct letter will requested. Permit will be suspended if critical item violation is not corrected when letter is delivered.
