20: Glass cooler 2 had an ambient air temperature of 49F at time of inspection. TCS foods inside cooler temped below 43F at time of inspection. TCS foods were moved from commissary building beside food truck to the cooler approximately 15 minutes before the items were temped. CA: moved TCS products to working glass cooler and advised PIC to have cooler serviced.
35: Cooked ground beef stored in reused container of chicken bullion flavoring.
37: Employee drink stored on shelf with establishment foods in glass cooler 1.
39: Sanitizer bucket with wet wiping cloth stored on the floor under steam table.
