12: Oysters (labeled as fresh) in freezer in open box with no tag attached. Tags provided for review are from 5/17/22, and prior dates. Manager stated he is returning because they are the “wrong ones”. Keep tags with oysters until used and for 90 days after.

19: Beans and chicken soup are sitting in pots on stove, and burners are not on. Temperatures out out of hot holding range (see chart). Manager stated they are disposing. Approx 3 gallons of food discarded. Maintain hot food hot at 135F or above.

37: Roof is leaking and dripping near prep cart (note no food contamination observed). Repair leak to prevent contamination.
