Additional Comments

Manager informed me that the magnetic card that held the time for eggs fell and they haven't received a replacement. I told him to have a written log for time as a public health for raw eggs untill they get other magnetic card.




Placed temperature sticker on dishes in commercial dishwater. Black strip did not turn orange,which means water did not get to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Please repair.


Dumpster lid is missing. I informed manager that he will need to contact the dumpster company to replace dumpster lids or give them a new dumpsters.

I will return in 10 days to check commercial dish washer.
