20: Diced tomatoes (48 F), salmon (47 F), and egg (48 F) stored in mini line cooler at temperatures exceeding 41 F. Person in charge states breakfast service has just ended; Corrective Action: placed items on ice, lowered cooler lid, moved cooler so that intake vents could properly circulate air

20: Brisket (49 F) and meatballs (50 F) held in walk-in cooler at temperatures exceeding 41 F. Person in charge has actively been putting orders away all morning. Walk-in cooler temperature is currently 50 F; Corrective Action: relocated brisket and meatballs to functional cooler. Walk-in cooler is currently primarily used for holding fruit and alcohol. A re-inspection sill occur to ensure walk-in cooler is functioning properly.
