6: Did not observe employee wash hands prior to coming through kitchen door and obtaining new eggs to reheat to place on breakfast bar. Educated employee on hand washing.

8: No soap at hand sink in kitchen. Soap was on the floor near the door exiting kitchen. Pic placed soap at hand sink.

19: Eggs and sausage below 135 degrees F. Food was embargoed. New eggs and sausage were reheated for hot holding. See food temps.

34: Thermometer in frig is broken. No internal thermometer to check food temps. Owner placed new thermometers in frig.
