8: Sink used to store whisk and pitcher refilled in it. Corrective Action: utensils moved ware washing and trained and reviewed with person in charge that hand sinks are for hand washing only.

20: Improper cooling of cole slaw at 50 F in reach in cooler next to fryer. Corrective Action: food not disposed as had been out of temperature for less than 4 hours. Reviewed proper cooling after food preparation and proper monitoring pf cold holding equipment. Placed in walk in cooler to cool.
