20: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)6. Prep cooked chili that was opened yesterday in prep cooler at 60f, raw beef at 60f, pre cooked beef at 59f. Pre cooked turkey at 58f. All these food items were in the prep cooler. The cooler itself is reading 58f. Corrective action, embargoed 15lbs. Person in charge is going to put in work order to fix cooler. There is going to be a follow up inspection.
