*42: Ice bucket in room 401 and 412 missing liners. Buckets are not washed, rinsed, and sanitized. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.
*42: Dishes, silverware, glasses, all food contact surfaces are not being washed and rinsed in the dish machine and then sanitized in the sink per protocal after guest check out. Sani tablets were only observed on 1 cart located on second floor. Only dirty dishes and silverware were washed in the dishmachine and left in there without being sanitized in rooms 412 and 222. See photo. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.
*42: Housekeeping is not taking off pillow cases on pillows after guest check out that are located in the ottoman . Guest must request linens for pillows in ottoman and pullout beds. Pillow cases on pillows located in room 311 in ottoman were dirty. See photo. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.
*42: Knives dirty in room 312. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.
44: Stirring sticks at coffee area not wrapped or in a dispenser.
44: Boxes of toilet tissue stored on the floor in the storage room next to laundry room.

A warning of permit revocation will be requested due to critical item violation 42 being noted on two consecutive inspections in a row.
