26: 1200-23-01-.07(2)(a) A spray bottle of Purell Surface Sanitizer is stored beside a salt shaker on a kitchen shelf near the grill. CA- Spray bottle was moved.

Additional Comments

This inspection was done to address the complaint dated 2/9/22, that a customer got sick after eating at Chipotle on 2/7/22. A wellness check is done on each employee, and this inspector, each time the individual comes to work. All hot and cold food temperatures were good. Food storage was good. Sanitizer for cloth bucket and dish machine was good. No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat foods. Employees were observed washing their hands prior to putting on gloves. All hand sinks were supplied and accessible. A grill worker called out sick on 2/7 and did not come to work and he did not work on 2/6. No one else called out sick or went home due to illness. A chemical spray bottle of Purell Surface Sanitizer was stored beside a salt shaker on a kitchen shelf near the grill. (The sanitizer was moved during the inspection.)
