20: At time of inspection Delfield RIC was temping at 60 degrees temped milk and milk substitutes in RIC products were temping at 45-60 degrees products were discarded by PIC during inspection PIC checked the RIC it had been unplugged PIC plugs it back in and at end of inspection RIC was back with intemp at 41 degrees. Priority violation corrected onsite by PIC.
