Visit made. No correction have been made from the inspection 1/10/23 ***MAIN AND WHIRLPOOL CLOSE BY MPHD. NO ONE IS ALLOWED IN POOL ROOM TO SWIM UNTIL RE-INSPECTION IS COMPLETE. CALL 615-340-5630 WHEN READY TO OPEN. PIC called pool personnel.
