22: 4 hour time policy had been expired on butter milk batter on make line. It should have been discarded 30 minutes prior. Pic was unable to provide written procedures for all food placed on time. Embargoed 5lbs of buttermilk batter.

26: Chemical spray bottle with clear liquid not labaled.

37: Employee personal belongings and drink stored on front make line cooler where syrups and candies are dispensed.

41: Cutting knives stored wedged between make line cooler and wall. Discussed better storing methods.

45: Inside of ice machine is dirty

I will return for a follow-up inspection within 10 days to verify all priority item violations have been corrected.
A warning letter will be requested for repeat vioation. Will send op applicable food safety fact sheets. Will discuss a food safety plan.

Discussed proper hand washing, ware washing, food source, food storage, holding and cook temps, cooling when applicable, employee hygiene, employee health, demonstration of knowledge, and storage and use of of toxic items.
