,Complaint chicken had bad smell. Found walk in cooler at 54, raw chicken 40-53, rice 50. Staff was aware cooler was not below 41 was open frying chicken that was held in cooler not able to hold food below 41. Cooler had bad odor,found cases raw chicken with best if used by 2/5/22, 2 days past expiration date. Management will need to make a permanent repair to cooler to reopen. Hard copy on file
