Underwater lights work - did not appear to at first, checked the breaker next to it and everything was "on" messaged pic to confirm and did kiddie pool while waiting for an answer. Pic confirmed and in checking again noticed the "test" light was "on" for the lights breaker - pressed it, turned it back on, reset the manual switch on the timer and then the underwater lights turned on.
