2: Drinking fountain basins dirty.

2: Toilet in men’s restroom dirty.

3: No soap in men’s restroom.

6: Missing skimmer rings for skimmer baskets to sit on.

6: Left hand hold on ladder is loose. Secure to deck.

6: Salt system in equipment room states to check cells and add salt.

*8: Two liquid chemical spray bottles and bottle of Nuetra-Fect stored above bags of salt in equipment room.

*10: Gate closest to mailboxes had goggles wrapped aroung magnet. I removed goggles and gate still did not latch when it closed . It appears the gate might be sticking on post.

20: pH too high.

22: Free available chlorine too high.

27: Water level at the bottom of the skimmer throat.

Additional Comments

Unable to test the other gate. Gate would not open when green button was pushed. No key card in lock box near mailboxes. Only keys. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
