*15: Hotel laundry room: observed two unlabeled bottles - one with clear liquid, one with pink liquid - near the utility sink and washers. House keeping cart: second floor: observed an unlabeled bottle of pink liquid on the cart.

25: Room 115: bottom of shower dirty/stained. Room 124: bottom of shower dirty/stained. Room 202: hairs in bath tub, light over shower out.

32: Room 321: only 3 clothes hangers. Room 202: only one hanger.

33: Room 124: fitted sheets on both beds have stains on the top corners closest to the nightstand. Room 201: large stain on fitted sheet at foot of the bed

44: Storage room on second floor: all boxes of single use items are stored directly on the floor, should be at least 6inches off the floor as stated in the regulations.
