21: 1200-23-01-.03(5)(a)7. Found food held from previous day on cold case and hot water without dates, must date mark food held overnight and can keep no more than 7 days

41: Cannot leave trigger to soda dispenser on back of hand sink faucet, due to splatter from when washing hands

42: Lids to hot holding pans not cleaned daily. Found lids on pans when kitchen was opened with dried food from previous day. Can cross contaminate food when touching soiled lid then food with gloved hands
