8: No designated hand sink in bar area. Pic said dump sink has been used as one in past. Dump sink has stocked paper towel holder mounted above it, but large pot is stored in sink and no soap present. Cos by pic designating as hand sink, removing pot, and stocking with soap. Hand sinks must be sccessible and stocked at all times.

45: Two drink dispenser nozzles on hoses are severely dirty inside nozzle. Advised pic to clean.

Will request warning letter for repeated priority violation. This is the second consecutive inspection violation has been observed. Will email template of Food Safety Plan (FSP) to aid in gaining control over repeated priority item. I am available to assist with FSP.
