*13: Broken floor tile with sharp edges near the phone.

*16: Ring buoy is missing retrieval line with 2 inch lemon or ball attached to free end. Retrieval line must be minimum 1 1/2 times the width of the pool in length.

20: Cyanuric acid level too high. Total alkalinity too high.

22: Free available chlorine too high.

Additional Comments

Cyanuric acid levl too high. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days.
