5: Ice machine on first floor in poor repair- grate is missing where ice is dipensed.

14: There is litter nearside entrance door . The liteer is near the shrubs.

26: There is a crack in the floor of the shower in Room 140.

34: The bed cover in Room 140 has a cigarette hole in it.

35: Marks on back side of drapes in Room 216. Marks on drapes in Room 112. Nightstand chipped in Room 112.

36: Carpet in poor repair in Room 216. There was debris on carpet in first floor hallway.

37: Numerous marks in walls in 2nd floor hallway.Walls in bathroom in poor repair in Room 216.Wall in poor reapir in Room 140. Marks on wall in hallway 1st floor.

Rooms inspected were 112, 140 , and 216. 140 was the only smoking room inspected.
