14: Low temp dish machine on reading 10 ppm of chlorine. Must read 50-200 ppm ( CA) do not use dish machine until repaired

20: Raw eggs in a container on ice packreading at 52 F. PIC stated it has been there for 30 minutes. They unit is a steamtable that they are using one side for a cold unit. ( CA) train to place a ice bath in the unit and to surround the product with ice. The product was removed and replace. The raw eggs that were replace and theyare reading at 39 F
