6: Employee handling raw chicken then moved around kitchen and outside to wic without taking gloves off and washing hands. Then came back to start cutting chicken. Did not wash hands or change gloves.

8: No paper towels at handsink near back door. Replaced during inspection.

13: Shell eggs over milk and raw chicken, beef and pork stored together

21: Several items made yesterday are not date marked in wic.

31: Pans of refried beans left setting on table. Manager stated they were just going to cover and put in wic. Discussed cooling methods. Beans placed in ice bath during inspection.
