14: Dish machine only reaching 152F after multiple runs. Unit is equipped to use chemical sanitizer, pic set up to do so. Chlorine reading is above 100 ppm. Cos by pic diluting chlorine jug with water, last reading was 75 ppm cl. Pic reaching out to Ecolab rep to service unit.

20: Buttermilk stored in ice bath on counter directly beside grill temps 48F. Pic said food was put out 1 hour ago. Ice bath is pan in pan, and ice only contacts one side of buttermilk. Cos by pic placing buttermilk in cooler to reach 41F or less.

35: Several buckets of dry powder food unlabeled

37: Employee drink and phone stored directly beside clean dishes on drying rack. Cos by pic removing employee items.
