Loddy Restrooms, Maintenance room, boiler room, laundry room. Noted -all 5floor guest room is dirty. Observe rooms # 725, 733, 626, 416, 312, 330, 231. All Fire extinguishers tag Jan. 2022. Smoke detectors are hard wire and were stated to have been tested last week per PIC.
