Upon arrival critical item violations 8 and 17 had not been corrected. Michael changed the step on the ladder during the follow up inspection. Key was still in the door upon arrival where chemicals and filtration system is located. See photo. Discussed with the owner Michael Burrows that the key must be stored at desk or other location where patrons can not get to it and only authorized employees can use it. Failure to correct letter will be requested.
