35: There was a yogurt and plastic bag in the refrigerator in room 306. Dirty inside refrigerator located in room 213.
*42: No liner for ice bucket in room 306. Asked housekeepers on the floor how they clean the dishes and what dishes they clean. Housekeepers stated that they only clean the dirty dishes. One housekeeper stated that she washed her dishes by hand - did not use sanitizer, and she did not have any sanitizer tabs on her cart. One house keeper stated that she washed dish ware in soapy water and sanitizer. Proper way to clean dish ware, glasses, and pots and pans when guest check out is to clean everything in the dish machine then sanitize them in the kitchen sink. All dish ware must be air dried. Using required amount of sanitizer along with test strips to make sure that it is at the required level.
123, 213, 223, 306, 416, 404. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of critical item violation 42.
