Complainant stated that there was a smell of sewer gasses and that she was told that there are bugs living in the vents by cleaning employees . No other information given on complaint .
Observations :No live bugs observed. some debris behind night table in room 215, no unusual smell noticed. No live or dead bugs observed in room 311. No unusual smell observed in room 311. Some minor debris behind furniture in room 414. No live or dead bugs or unusual smells in room 414. Only 1 fruit fly observed in room 114. No additional bugs were observed.
No staining on mattresses indicating bed bug activity .
