6: Water line tile appears dirty. Interior surface located at deep end is stained.

*14: Underwater light located at deep nd on the opposite side of the pool is not working.

*17: Ladder located at opposite side of pool is missing 2 slip resistant strips. One one the second step and the other one on the third step of ladder.

Additional Comments

A follow up inspection will be performed with in 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
