21: Broken toilet paper holder in 170.

27: Ac unit not properly sealed in room 162. It has clear tape around it as a sealent to the wall.

29: Bathroom light dosent work in 153

32: Missing coat hangers in all rooms i observed.

35: Only one chair in all rooms looked at.

37: Damaged paint in room 161

44: No cups in 107

Additional Comments

Looked at rooms 170, 176, 182, 161, 153, 151. Also looked at laundry room. Fire extinguishers dated 9/23.

Follow up completed on site as pic labeled chemical spray bottles.
