*15: Unlabeled spray bottle of pink liquid on housekeepers cart outside 129
*20: Room 222: entry door is not self closing into the hallway.
25: Room 128: tub in poor repair - cracks in siding near the handles and the left side on the handle appears to be loose and coming off.
32: Room 118: has 0 washcloths.
33: Room 118: fitted sheet is stained with black and yellowish stains.
35: Room 118: the fire resistant drapery has small holes and tears throughout and is stained.
Room 128: pinholes in fire-resistant drapery, stains of spear drapes.
Room 240: fire resistant drapery has pinholes throughout and is stained
Complaint called in: complaintee stated that there was black mod in rooms 109 and 111 - they stated that the ceiling appeared fuzzy like the mold was painted over.
Discussed complaint with pic up on arrival, And conducted a routine inspections. Pic stated that there is not a room 109, but there is a room 209. Pic also stated both 111 amd 209 are currently occupied.
Regarding the complaint: i did not observe anything that could possibly be mold, however all rooms inspected (with the exceptions of 128 and 222) were extremely humid
Clean rooms inspected: 118, 128, 222, 221, 231, 240
Will return sometime within 10 days to ensure correction of critical items 15 and 20. Both item 15 and 20 have been observed "out" on two consecutive inspections and a revocation warning letter will be requested.
