20: Observed raw chicken sitting in water at the batter station with a temp above 41°f - pic unsure how long it had been there and stated SOP is to leave the chicken in the wic untill it is needed to batter and fry. COS by pic voluntarily discarding, W/r/s the bucket/basket anf then refresh water with cold water.
53: Tile grout in poor repair and/ or missing throughout kitchen floor. A few damage ceiling tiles.
