6: Several water line tile missing. Appears there might he a ladder missing. Will need to verify with pool plans. Leaves and debri on the bottom of the pool.
20: Cyanuric acid level excessively high.
22: Free available chlorine excessively high.
*30: Missing vacuum breaker on threaded faucet near shower. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of this critical item violation.
35: Missing No Smoking sign/symbol on bathroom doors and pump room door.
