Items 6, 20 and 26 have been found on two consecutive inspections. A third time and the permit could be revoke.

discussed proper handwashing, ware washing, food source, food storage, holding and cook temps, cooling when applicable, employee hygiene, employee health, demonstration of knowledge, and storage in use of toxic items.
