6: Broken No Diving tile on deck located on right side of 4 foot depth marker on inside pool. Right side of ladder attached to deck loose located near entry door to indoor pool. Ladder located on opposite of pool, left side of ladder attached to deck loose. Handrail attached to deck loose.

*13: Skimmer on inside part of the pool not pulling. Only 1 skimmer working as designed.

*13: Garden hose laying across the deck filling up the pool. CA - Removed garden hose.

*14: Underwater light not working located at outdoor side of pool, left side.
