*15: Found 3 spray bottles on housekeepers cart not labeled. One with pink liquid, orange liquid, and one with purple liquid inside.

*18: Smoke detector not working when test button is pushed in room 310. Smoke detector not working in room 410.

*18: Tag expired on fire extinguisher in storage room 3 rd floor, on 4th floor storage room, and in the Boiler Roo m - 1/2022.

*20: Evacuation plan missing in room 103 and 207.

25: Faucet leaking at bathtub in room 410.

25: Missing stopper at hand sinks in rooms 201 and 207.

32: Missing clothes hangers in guest rooms located on first floor.

33: Pillow case on pillow in room 410 had a stain on it.

35: Coffee maker appears rusty at the bottom.

35: Inside top of microwave and door dirty in room 103. Door on microwave in room 201 appears dirty. Inside top of microwave dirty in room 401.

105, 103, 201, 207, 310, 401, 410, 124 Patron in room 124. Unable to inspect room for bed bugs. Will inspect tomorrow. A follow up inspection will be performed within 10 days to verify compliance of all critical item violations.
