13: Observed improper storing of food in prep cooler. Observed an open bag of ready to eat cheese stored on top of fresh eggs.

20: Observed improper cold holding temperatures of food items ( sausage patties and shredded hashbrowns) in a cooler that was not working properly.

26: Observed an unlabeled cleaning agent or sanitizer in a spray bottle stored on top dishmachine with cooking utensils.

45: Prep cooler is not in good repair. The areas under fryers, under grill and under reach-in coolers (in back storage area) were not cleaned at a frequency to preclude accumulation of dirt and soil. Heavy accumulation of static dust on wall surfaces and fans.

47: Non-food contact surfaces of equipment are unclean. Observed several nonfood contact surfaces throughout facility with build up of dust, dirt, food debris and other residues. Floors are dirty in the dining area. Floors are dirty and sticky in food prep area. Tissue on floor in entrance of store.
