221 critical item violation 15 has been corrected. Unable to check room 221 for the phone due to patron not letting us in. Fire extinguisher company forgot to check fire extinguishers in kitchen and boiler room. Another follow up inspection will be performed next week to verify compliance with critical item violations 18 and 20.
