6: Employee left kitchen to deliver food. Returned and resumed food prep without washing hands. Corrected by discussing with pic.

13: Open soda glass bottle have empty stored in ice bin with ice covering the open mouth piece of bottle.

14: Employee continues to wipe down cutting board with dirty dry towel. Corrected by asking him to use the sani bucket directly beside him

20: Bags of ham. Corrected by discarding enough until i started getting a temp of 43°

21: All rte meats in two different coolers are date marked 3/21. Corrected by advising pic to keep correct dates. Did not discard because i knew this was employee error and this was too much meat to be 15 days old.

44: Observed employee with gloves continue handling dirty rags without changing gloves each time.
