5: No ventilation in pool enclosure cause alot of accumulated moisture on walls, doors, ceilings

6: Pitting in pool plaster by 3ft.

*10: Door by handicap chair lift that leads to and exterior door does not self latch. Note: PIC stated a new lock will be on by this evening.

27: Water level is low, must increase to middle of waterline tiles

Additional Comments

Follow up from 12/27/22- entry door to the left of pool phone is lock and close. Phone in pool inclosure is not working, yet hotel personal is a desk and on site 24/7. FRI is 100gpm.
**NOTICE: exit/entry door of pool MUST self close and latch by 12/13/23 by 8am or pool WILL be CLOSE, spoke with R. Pye-manager***
