1: Several critical violations in kitchen. Recommended to take the basic food handlers class at the health department and food fact sheets will be sent out

7: Employee observed touching Ready to eat bread with bare hands. Corrective action - trained and embargoed 1 lb.

13: Raw chicken stored over onions in Walk in cooler corrective action - trained on storage levels and moved.

14: Low temperature dishwasher reading 0ppm of Chlorine sanitizer after running 3times. Corrective action - must use 3 compartment sink until Low temperature dishwasher is repaired. Reinspection of dishwasher will occur in 10 days.

21: House made Blue cheese in Reach in cooler dated 4/16/23. It is now 4/26/23 and is past the 7 day allowable hold period. Corrective action - trained and embargoed 5 lbs. food fact sheets will be sent via email.

21: Several containers of in house made sauces with dairy dated 4/16/23 and 4/18/23. Employees were trained and 50 lbs of sauce was embargoed.

23: Consumer advisory For Eggs not posted on menu. Will recheck at follow up inspection
