The Golden Plant has active commissary agreement and is in good standing with Citizens kitchen with payments. Person in Charge of citizens kitchen stated they haven't seen golden plant dump on site recently but they do not have a means to track whether they have been dumping here. Email will be sent out to food truck operators emphasizing importance of dumping on-site
