Additional Comments

A complaint claiming that “black was found on the ice at the front counter” and then “the counter tops are loose and employees are instructed to not lift them up due to bad odor underneath” was addressed during the routine inspection. There was no black substance observed in the ice well or on the ice, and no counter tops could be lifted up. However, there is excessive buildup of black residue underneath of the smoothie blenders. The employees are aware of this and will do a better job of cleaning and sanitizing the countertops.
