Observations & Corrective Actions
8: There were no paper towels at the hand sink in the back.
9: In the same cooler where the milk was stored a mason jar of what appears to be pear preserves is on the shelf. No one could say where this product (source) came from. This is a repeated situation.
14: Cups stacked by the chili warmer has splatters of chili on them. Also in the back above the 3-sink the pancake containers are stored here. They still have food debris on them, also someone had placed the dirty towel bucket that was on the floor inside the pancake container.
Note: it took 3 trys before the dishwasher reach the proper temperature.
21: Open gallon of milk in reach in cooler, not date marked. Also in the same cooler are 2 quarts of chocolate milk, one with about a cup of milk left and the other unopened. These two were out of date by the manufacturer on 3/14/22, today is the 25th. In the walk-in cooler 3 more quarts were found with the same manufacture date. C/A: All were removed.
22: When I arrived at 10:10 the placard had 3/24 date written on it, and the time written was 7-11. C/A the correct time and date was written on the egg placard.
26: Blue super detergent chemical is sitting on the ledge by the monitor, which is over the grits.
37: Inside that same 1st reach in cooler, where the milk was stored there are personal drinks- mountain dew soda, water bottle etc.
39: Wet wipe towels out all over the cooks line and by the utensils station.
45: By the open top prep cooler, the ledges have food debris build up.
46: No test strips available for chlorine sanitizer .
47: Inside the bottom of the reach in coolers its dirty.
52: Around the dumpster there is grease build up and the door is open.
53: Under the equipment throughout the facility the floor is dirty.
Additional Comments
There were several repeat priority items found during this inspection that were found last time #9, 14, 21 & 22. A notice was left notifing management concerning the repeated violations.
